Number three, Move More, there are so many things you can do to make this happen, here are a few idea’s, take the stairs, park further away so you have to walk further, go dancing, take the kids or animals for a walk, ride a bike and so much more, make these thing Fun, you should be enjoying these things, remember why your doing them.
