This year’s Philippine Tatler Traveller Art of Luxury Travel takes us to the scenic Vietnamese capital Hanoi with Marion Branellec de Guzman. To launch Volume 15 of the publication, a celebration co-hosted by Raffles and Fairmont Makati was held in partnership with Philippine National Bank, and Standard Insurance.
Posh guests of every age savoured culinary delights whipped up by Raffles & Fairmont Makati chefs, sipped heady drinks—from scintillating bubbly, rosé, red wine, and lychee martinis, to the night’s greatest hits: botanical gin and tonics paired with Raffles’ to-die-for chicharon. Gourmet food selections included traditional Vietnamese specialities, a lamb carving station, sushi bar, and grazing table complete with raclette.
